Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.” New Living Translation

Peace
Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in adults in the US, affecting 40 million adults in the United States, which is 18% of the population (Anxiety & Depression Association of America).
60% of college-aged students are very sad and over a half of them feel an overwhelming sense of anxiety (American College Health Association).
6.3 million teenagers (30% of girls & 20% of boys) have had an anxiety disorder (National Institute of Mental Health).
When we feel anxious, it's time to get anchored.
Philippians 4:6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything that we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. New Living Translation

Love
1 Corinthians 13:1 If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. New Living Translation
1 Corinthians 13:3 If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing. New Living Translation
Love takes the YOU out of the things you do.
