According to what God showed Daniel about the future of Israel in Daniel 9:20-27, there is 1 week left of the 70 weeks on the Jewish Calendar. A week equals 7 years. The last week was put on hold after Jesus died and was raised from the dead. The church age was inserted between the 69th and 70th week. Jesus alludes to this in several of our Kingdom Parables. The 70th week or the last 7 years is also known as the Great Tribulation period.
Matthew 12:43 “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44 Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.” New King James Version
Matthew 12:45 “Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.” New King James Version
Matthew13:1 On the same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the sea. 2 And great multitudes were gathered together to Him, so that He got into a boat and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore. 3 Then He spoke many things to them in parables, saying: “Behold, a sower went out to sow.” New King James Version
