They found that 68% of all mothers are experiencing feelings of anxiety. 79% of Gen Z mothers (11-27 years old) say they are dealing with feelings of anxiety (45% moderate to severe.) Also 64% of Millennial mothers (28-43 years old) say they are experiencing the same.
New mothers compare themselves to other mothers they see on Instagram. They make greater social comparisons to moms who are similar to them. Idealized portrayals of motherhood on Instagram increase envy and a state of anxiety. Social media motherhood posts can be harmful to new mothers' mental health.
America is 4.2% of the world’s population and we consume 80% of the world’s supply of antidepressant medication!

Trust God’s Timing
If you get ahead of God’s Timing, you will have to clean up. If you are a little slow, you simply have to catch up!
